Clair St.Claire was homeschooled in the Virginia countryside and lives with her family and horse, Mourning Dove. She began writing her debut novel, Some Must Fall, at age thirteen and published after graduating from high school three years later. She draws inspiration for the mythical world of Ala’tona from the serene forest and sparkling waters that encompass her home and the dreams and fantasies that live there.
